If so, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a professional, personable, and proactive individual to be the first point of contact at our vibrant residence. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front desk operations—supporting residents, staff, family members, and visitors with warmth, efficiency, and discretion. Part-time hours to suit your work life balance! 3 weekday shifts (0800 - 1300) and every second weekend (0800 - 1600). ✨ What you’ll do: Welcome residents, families, staff, and visitors with genuine care—both in person and over the phone Handle a variety of enquiries with professionalism and empathy Deliver a full range of front desk and administrative support services Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in every interaction Embrace and learn new technology systems as part of your daily workflow Communicate effectively across a diverse range of people and situations
