Personal Care Trainee
Warragul Community Aged Care

Learn & Earn at Warragul Community Aged Care!

Find your way to a meaningful career path

Unlike other industries like hospitality or retail, aged care represents an essential service and, with an aging population, there will always be a need for jobs in aged care - recession-proof your future!

You can make a real difference in residents' and families' lives and start earning money straight away while progressing your career.

Working at a brand new aged care site means you will participate in a week long orientation (24th -28th Feb 2025) before the home opens to residents. This ensures you get to meet your fellow trainees and colleagues and participate in learning and development before the site opens to residents.

The main purpose for the trainee is to put into practice instructions given by the supervisor/s. Trainees can spend several weeks, months or even years become fully knowledgeable in their jobs.
