Our Registered Nurses: We are currently seeking aged care experienced and qualified Registered Nurses to support our state-of-the-art aged care residence based in Singleton. We need Registered Nurses who will look after our residents with a high level of attentiveness, kindness, and respect. We are looking for people who will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence. To maintain this attentiveness to our residents, we aim to support your well-being and ensure a happy and safe work environment. Skills & Requirements for the Role: To be considered for this role, ideally we are looking for: - An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of Signature Care
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated aged care experience preferred
- The ability to work as part of a team and promote education and leadership in aged care
- Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
- Experience in assessments and developing care plans
- Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
- Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
- Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residents
- An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- An understanding of Aged Care Funding Instrument
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrated well developed computer and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
- Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
- Previous experience on night shift desirable.
