About the Role:

 

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Lifestyle Assistants to assist in developing our new, state of the art 144 bed aged care residence based in Tamworth. The ideal candidates will need to be people who are creative and willing to become part of a fun and supportive team who enjoy spending quality time to engage our residents in purposeful and engaging programs.

About You:

 

You must be experienced in delivering varied lifestyle programs and also comfortable with learning new technology to make difference to our residents' physiological, physical and emotional wellbeing!

  • Previous experience in a similar position as a Lifestyle Assistant in Aged Care is desirable
  • Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing), is a minimum requirement for this role 
  • Preferred applicants will have a Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent or Cert IV in Ageing and significant demonstrated Lifestyle experience
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Covid-19 vaccinated
