Are you an experienced Residential Manager who wants to work for a progressive organisation? We are looking for a leader of our brand new 125-bed aged care residence opening in Romsey in April 2025!

 

About the Role:

 

Starting in January 2025, you will join our highly skilled team to prepare the home for it's grand opening. With access to the latest technology, a skilled team, and robust head office support, you will be well-equipped to set up the home to open in April 2025.

 

Post commissioning, you will manage the daily operations of the home. Your strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that the home meets its goals. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to navigate the accreditation process and uphold the high standards of care provided to our residents.

 

You will benefit from the support of an experienced commissioning team, along with close collaboration from Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and Funding within our growing national organization.

 

About you:

  • Experience managing a large aged care residence
  • Experience commissioning new aged care homes (ideal, but not essential)
  • Hands on leader who sets the example
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • AHPRA qualified RN
  • Desire to take the delivery of care and services to the next level
  • Passion for resident care
  • Customer-focused
  • Excellent communication skills
