Learning & Development Coordinator

Based at Cheltenham, this is a brand new Full Time position.

In this role, you will ensure effective coordination of training activities, compliance reporting and the implementation of best practices in Learning & Development. 

 

Your days will involve:

  • Assisting in the design, coordination, and review of learning programs to ensure high-quality training delivery.
  • Supporting the facilitation of learning programs in face-to-face and online environments.
  • Ensuring learning evaluations are conducted and reported on for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with external training providers, vendors, and subject matter experts for specialised training programs.
  • Managing the scheduling of learning programs, including room bookings, invitations, catering, and confirmations.
  • Act as the central point of contact for queries and manage the centralised L&D mailbox.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work within and across functional teams.
  • Analytical ability to review training data, identify issues, and provide insights.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Education: Certificate 1V  of Human Resources (or a related field).
  • Certifications: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Desirable
