Quality Manager
Victoria - Full Time

Are you passionate about Quality and Continuous Improvement?

 

This is the chance for an experienced Nurse with a passion for Continuous Improvement and Quality to join a progressive, values and resident-focused organisation.

 

As the Quality Manager, you will lead our Quality Coordinators at each of our Victorian sites, currently located in Langwarrin, Officer, Romsey and Warragul.


You will facilitate the process of continuous improvement in line with the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements for our aged care residences across Victoria.

 

Utilising your comprehensive knowledge of the aged care sector you will support the Residential Managers and Quality Coordinators in maintaining compliance to relevant aged care legislation, including compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.

About YOU:

  • Understanding of quality, compliance & clinical governance within aged care
  • Experienced in the development and implementation of quality systems, and continuous improvements processes
  • Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and accreditation process
  • Excellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processes
  • Able to continuously improve and conduct gap & risk analyses
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
  • Able to coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staff
  • Practical aged care experience in a clinical role
  • Deliver measurable improvements in service quality
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
