Administration Officer - 6 month Contract, Immediate Start

Signature Care presents an exciting opportunity to shape the service delivery of aged care into the future during a period of significant change.

We are currently seeking a contract Administration Officer to provide leave coverage Monday to Friday.

 

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • experienced in rostering (in aged care preferred), including validations for Payroll, 
  • experienced in providing support in recruitment and on-boarding of new employees
  • experienced in the scheduling, delivery and management of training and professional development activities 
  • highly organised, with excellent time and expectation management skills
  • comfortable with learning new technology,
  • discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.
  • able to provide support and supervision to Reception employees
  • a problem solver 
  • customer focussed
