Signature Care presents an exciting opportunity for a reliable, presentable and friendly receptionist to work at our Langwarrin Community Aged Care.
You must be organised, comfortable with learning new technology, discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people. You should have professional and polished presentation with excellent verbal and written communication as well as sound computer skills. We want someone that has initiative but who also doesn't mind doing basic administrative tasks. We need someone to be the "heartbeat" of our office, with a "can do" attitude.
This role could suit someone returning to the work environment that has aged care or healthcare experience.
Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service regarding enquiries both over the phone and in person.
