Senior Client Services Manager
Victoria

 

Signature Care, a Not-for-Profit organisation, is looking for a passionate and dynamic Full-time Senior Client Services Manager to lead our Residential Client Services and Concierge teams across our Victoria residences. 

 

About the Role

 

The main focus of this role is to support the Client Services team across Victoria. This includes engaging referral sources, managing occupancy levels, handling inquiries, and coordinating tours of our residences. You will collaborate closely with the team, providing mentorship, support, and training to help them excel in their roles. The position may also involve visiting hospitals, retirement villages, and other potential referral sources to foster key stakeholder relationships. Based in Cheltenham, this role requires regular travel to all Victorian sites to assist the Client Services team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and provide support to the Client Services team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and smooth operations.
  • Engage with referral sources, assist with occupancy levels, manage enquiries, and facilitate tours of our residences.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, Retirement Villages, social workers, and aged care placement agencies, to maximize bed occupancy and secure new referral opportunities.
  • Support the commissioning of new homes and provide on-site or remote assistance when Client Services staff are on leave.
  • Oversee respite care services, manage admissions, and maintain clear communication between hospitals and residences.
  • Coordinate and manage the admission process, ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, including documents, signage, and advertising.
  • Utilize CRM systems for reporting and analysis and support special projects across the organisation.

About You:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to manage conflict, de-escalate situations, and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience and knowledge of the aged care industry, specifically in admissions.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination within health, community, or residential aged care.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A current driver's license.
